Principal's Message |
|
 |
An effective school is one in which students and teachers are actively
engaged in the learning process. To create an effective school, the
school leader must focus on curriculum and instruction and establish an
atmosphere of structure and discipline within the classroom and within
the school. All students have the ability to learn and I have a strong
desire to ensure that all students are given this opportunity. As an
administrator, I will consistently enforce school rules and county
policy as related to faculty, staff, and students. Being fair and
consistent is crucial to providing an atmosphere that promotes learning.
Students and teachers must be held to high standards of conduct and
achievement. Accountability, teacher evaluation and discipline within
the school and within oneself are vital to the success of a school.
