Some of our goals this year are: 1. To encourage parents to be involved in their child's education 2. To provide incentives that encourage positive behaviors by students 3. To provide educational programs at PTA meetings 4 To keep parents informed of school issues and events 5. To sponsor events that bring the family, teachers, school and community together

ONGOING PROGRAMS
Helping Hands Program-Designed to assist the teachers with projects while parents are waiting in the cafeteria or side-door line.  It has been very successful and we look forward to more teachers taking advantage of this wonderful help from our parents.	Side Door Safety Patrol in the Morning-Be sure to let the boys and girls that are wearing the orange jackets/vests know what a great job they are doing.  These students have been wonderful in helping to keep the line moving in the mornings and keeping students safe.
