Things to consider
when attaching pictures to email message
Pictures need to be an appropriate size before
emailing, due to limitations placed on size of files
that can be sent. Unfortunately, the email server
storage space is not as
large as utilizing packages via the USPS, but it is very
a convenient mode for sharing materials. Most
cameras these days default to the highest resolution and
size possible; some being up to 1MB in size. This
is nice if you are going to print posters. When emailing
to someone a few large pictures may exceed that person's mailbox
limit. Also those not on a fast connection could
take excessive time to download/open the pictures.
Please resize the pictures to a smaller size before
sending them to everyone (preferably not exceeding
640x480 resolution). There are many ways to resize
a picture. If you are unfamiliar with options for
how to do the resizing, ask your ITRT for help.

another work order?
No. You can check the work orders that you

tech. He will be there as soon as his work load
permits.

This is Correct. Maintenance work orders can only be submitted
