Wise County Career-Technical Center
The Wise County Career-Technical
Center opened in August of 1978. This facility houses eighteen
programs. Students from all six Wise County Public Schools'
high schools and Norton City Schools have the opportunity to take
advantage of these course offerings. Some of the courses
offered are now dual enrollment courses with Mountain Empire
Community College. The goal is to provide students with the
knowledge and skills necessary to compete in the career and
technical fields of employment.
