Visitor's Policy and Procedure

While visitor's are welcome, our main concern is to provide a safe, orderly, and inviting learning environment in which disruptions to instructional time are minimized.   Parents/guardians of students in the school are encouraged to visit the school and their children's teacher.  However, arrangements should be made in advance in order to be assured that school personnel will be available to meet with them. 

All visitors shall report to the main office to register, gain approval, and receive a visitor's pass before visiting within the building or on school grounds. 

All doors except the side entrance (by the office) will be locked daily at 8:30 AM.  Parents/guardians are to wait in the cafeteria if picking a student up in the afternoon.  We ask that you do not stand in the hallway.
